Legal Assistant Paralegal

Joubert Law Firm is looking for a detail oriented, motivated, self-starter for our Baton Rouge office to take the role of Legal Assistant. This position handles personal injury cases from inception to resolution. Key Responsibilities Opening new client files Sending letters of representation Frequently communicating with clients Maintaining and updating our case management software Assisting attorneys with pleadings, correspondence, and scheduling Our Legal Assistants establish caring relationships with our clients and collaborative partnerships with our attorneys and support team. They have extensive contact with insurance adjusters and other parties involved in our cases. Our Legal Assistant position is for someone seeking a long‑term commitment with growth opportunities.
