Client Relationship Associate

On behalf of a locally-owned, client-focused financial planning firm in Baton Rouge, PCG is looking for a client relationship associate to drive business growth by engaging prospects, scheduling meetings for advisors, and supporting marketing initiatives. Combining outbound communication with relationship management, this high-energy role serves as the primary initial point of contact for potential clients and plays a key part in expanding the client base. Key Responsibilities Proactive Outreach: Spend 50-75% of the workday making phone calls to connect with prospects, book and confirm advisor appointments, and invite contacts to educational events. Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinate advisor calendars, ensuring seamless meeting arrangements and up-to-date communication records. Relationship Nurturing: Cultivate ongoing connections with prospects and clients via phone, email, follow-up workflows, and referral networks. Marketing & Event Execution: Support educational seminars by assisting with event logistics, maintaining email drip campaigns, and executing post-event follow-up. CRM & Metric Tracking: Record outreach activity, track appointment outcomes, and report key business development metrics using CRM software. Qualifications & Skills Professional Experience: Background in sales, client relations, business development, or financial services (degree in business, communications, or equivalent experience preferred) Strong Outreach Mindset: High comfort level dedicating 50-75% of the day to phone-based outreach, handling objections with poise and confidence Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written skills with a talent for creating immediate rapport with clients Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), and internet-based applications Core Traits: Self-driven, organized, accountable, and capable of balancing independent tasks with team collaboration Benefits They offer ongoing career advancement opportunities and structured onboarding training to set you up for success. #J-18808-Ljbffr
