Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) – Full Time

Location: Olympia
Address: 215 W Railroad Ave, Shelton, WA 98584
Full-time Family Medicine Physician opening replacing a retiring provider
Schedule: 4x10s or 5x8s
Gradual ramp-up with strong onboarding support
Expected volume: up to 18 patients/day within 6 months
Collaborative, mission-driven outpatient primary care setting
Compensation & Benefits
$235,000 – $265,000 salary DOE
Relocation assistance available
PSLF & HRSA eligible
Medical, dental, vision insurance
401(k) with 5% employer match
128 PTO hours first year + 8 paid holidays
CME time/reimbursement included
DEA/license renewal reimbursement
FTCA malpractice coverage provided
Requirements
MD or DO
Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine
WA license or ability to obtain
DEA or ability to obtain

Must be comfortable serving diverse/underserved populations
