Ivy Rehab Network is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to launch and lead your own outpatient clinic. In this role, you’ll provide evidence-based physical therapy, evaluate and treat a diverse caseload, and design individualized care plans to restore function and mobility. You’ll build and grow the clinic, mentor staff, and collaborate with referring providers. Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will assess patient needs, develop their recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy. Apply your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination. Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle. Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain. Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust your approach based on progress and clinical presentation. Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey. Qualifications Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license eligibility. Must have a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or a Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy. Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable, independent transportation to and from the patients’ residence. Compensation Posted Salary Range: USD $45.00 - USD $52.00 /Hr.
