Marketing Coordinator

General Summary The Marketing Coordinator supports the Campaign Operations Director with day-to-day administrative assistance for our Wildwood theatrical release campaign. This will be a temporary 6-month position. Job Functions Maintain and update our single cross-functional campaign tracker across distribution & exhibitions, festivals & publicity, and consumer marketing. Build and maintain asset delivery trackers against media plans. Request and ensure delivery of assets for distribution and publicity. Maintain version control and distribution tracking for trailers and other campaign assets. Track incoming NDAs and other approvals. Coordinate screening requests and ensure requests are complete before routing. Support finance needs, including estimates and purchase order requests. Schedule meetings and update agendas. Track priorities, owners, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure requests to our CEO and CCO are coordinated through a single source of truth. Follow up with internal and external partners to keep deliverables on schedule and proactively identify bottlenecks. Qualifications 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience in administrative support, coordination, or theatrical distribution marketing campaigns. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and thrive under pressure while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with internal departments and external partners, agencies, and vendors while demonstrating a high degree of professionalism. Ability to work both individually and collaboratively.
