Candidates should be comfortable:Working outdoors in all weather conditionsWorking around grain dust and industrial equipmentClimbing railcars, ladders, stairs up to 120 feet highWorking rotating 10–12 hour shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidaysTypical schedule:Rotating swing shifts (example: 7a–7p / 7p–7a)Multiple consecutive workdays followed by multiple days offCareer Growth OpportunitiesMany of our Operators and Supervisors started in entry-level positions like this one.
