Responsibilities Lead and manage survey projects and client relationships in the Leominster area. Coordinate and assist in scheduling and preparing cost estimates under the supervision of the Survey Director. Work closely with personnel from other departments, as necessary, to ensure fulfillment of contract requirements. Assume responsibility for quality control to ensure surveys are correct and accurate. Make recommendations on hiring, evaluating, promotion and/or discipline of assigned crew members. Promote new business for the total company and for own area of expertise. Supervising, coordinating, and reviewing work of project managers. Qualifications Licensure as a Massachusetts Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) registration required. Experience in Boundary surveys, Topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, Land Court Surveys, Subdivisions and Construction Layout surveys. Minimum of three years of experience as a PLS. Working knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office Suite; Civil 3D experience is preferred; AutoCAD is required. Strong organizational skills. Effective management of people with the ability to inspire, lead, communicate, support, and mentor. Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions and to communicate information clearly in writing and verbally. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. A criminal background check and driving record check will be conducted. Ability to reliably commute or relocate before starting work (Required). The estimated salary range for this role is $96,065 - $143,598. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, location, market conditions, education/training, certifications, credentials, skills, and demonstrated proficiency. Compensation is reviewed at least annually and may be adjusted for position advancement, responsibilities, licensure and/or certification.
