• Evaluate test outcomes for accuracy, troubleshoot any anomalies, and perform routine maintenance on laboratory equipment.
• Engage in specimen collection and ensure proper preparation of samples ahead of testing.
• Meticulously document all procedures, mentor new colleagues or students, and uphold the high-quality standards of the lab.
• Ensure a safe and organized workspace while adhering to applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health discipline, combined with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certification Criteria

• Obtaining ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within a year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure with us.
