Pride Global/Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a Collector to work for one of our top clients in Hales Corners WI. Employment Type: Contract Pay rate: $19/hr. to $20/hr. Location: Hybrid at Hales Corners WI Schedule: 8am 5pm (4 days per week) and 10am 7pm (1-day per week) Target Start Date: ASAP, pending completion of new hire onboarding/fingerprinting Duration: Till 10/30/2026, with possible extension

Job Description:

• Contact delinquent loan customers daily by telephone via the auto-dialer/or dial directly to resolve delinquency issues.
• Triage inbound calls Handle collection call or transfer customer to specialty areas with the dept/bank as appropriate
• Document all conversations, information, and account changes via the system to ensure a complete and accurate record of the delinquency or its resolution.
• Collect delinquent accounts at department and compliance standards.
• Meet department goals for delinquency resolution by contacting and resolving the greatest number of customer issues to reduce bank risk.
