Manager, Project Management - New Generation Projects

We are seeking a forward‑thinking leader to manage a team of project managers. As the Manager, Project Management you will guide our New Generation Power & Datacenter Solutions team based in Cranberry Township, PA. In this role, you will lead a team delivering fully engineered Ovation control system solutions for greenfield power plants and rapidly growing datacenter infrastructure across North America. We support over 1.4 million MW of generating capacity globally and help manage more than 12 billion gallons of water each day in the United States through advanced automation and control solutions.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Lead, coach, and support a team of project management professionals to deliver high-quality project outcomes focused on new generation and datacenter projects.Oversee a portfolio of projects to ensure alignment with financial, schedule, and performance targets.Develop, maintain, and optimize project plans, including resource planning and staffing strategies.Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders and external partners, to ensure successful execution.Identify risks and opportunities, analyze project challenges, and implement effective solutions.Partner with sales and business development teams to support proposals and project pursuits.Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers while ensuring a high level of satisfaction and delivery excellence.Provide regular forecasts and insights related to sales, resource utilization, and performance metrics.Contribute to the development of new solutions, services, and continuous improvement initiatives.Promote best practices to enhance project management processes and organizational efficiency.Who You Are:You use financial analysis to evaluate options and act on opportunities that drive business results.
