Responsibilities Primary role will consist of: The setup of a new hire user access Provide accurate system role and access to applications Reset and Unlock accounts Provide Email Support Work with Willow Bridge's property management personnel to assist with questions or problems they have with Willow Bridge's Property Management Systems. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree is a plus but not required, preferably in Information Technology, Business, or Real Estate. Required Skills Knowledge of the following is a Plus but not required: Yardi 7s, Rent Café/CRM, Payscan, Yardi 6, OneSite, and Entrata, OKTA, Active Directory, Gmail, Password resets. Excellent communication, verbal & written skills Basic PC skills / Helpdesk experience Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Ability to work with team members Customer Service Skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Willow Bridge Property Company
