This role is perfect for a technician who takes pride in delivering 5-star service while diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing residential HVAC systems.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance, repairs, and system diagnostics in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and local codes.Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance to maximize system efficiency.Troubleshoot equipment using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and related instruments.Conduct on-site service visits, addressing performance issues and resolving customer concerns.Accurately document service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities.Provide professional, friendly, and clear communication to customers and team members.What You BringProven experience in HVAC service and maintenance.Strong troubleshooting abilities with complex equipment issues.Knowledge of HVAC-related safety regulations and building codes.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.EPA Certification (Preferred).5+ years of HVAC experience (Preferred).Compensation and BenefitsUp to $45 per hour$5,000 sign-on bonus5% truck commission2.5% on installsOvertime and double-time opportunitiesPerformance bonuses401k retirement plan with Roth optionDental insurance-free for "Employee Only" planMedical insurance-free for "Employee Only" planVision Insurance-free for "Employee Only" planPaid time offDisability insuranceLife insurance
