Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Rehab For All | Colorado Springs, CO Full-Time Position Rehab for All, Behavior & Therapy Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA clinic team in Colorado Springs, CO. This role is part of a hybrid service model , which includes both in-clinic responsibilities and other clinical service components. Candidates must be local to Colorado Springs and able to work on-site at our facility as part of their regular schedule. Compensation $85,000 – $100,000 annual salary (DOE) Essential Functions The BCBA will work closely with the Director of ABA Services and a multidisciplinary team of Behavior Technicians and Program Coordinators to provide high-quality ABA services for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental needs. Key responsibilities include: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and standardized assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) Develop individualized treatment goals, objectives, and behavior intervention plans Oversee implementation and integrity of data collection systems and treatment plans Analyze behavioral data to evaluate progress and guide clinical decision-making Provide ongoing supervision and training to Behavior Technicians and Program Coordinators Conduct caregiver and/or teacher training and consultation Maintain regular supervision and oversight of assigned caseload Collaborate with the Director of ABA Services regarding client progress and clinical concerns Ensure timely completion of documentation, reports, and treatment updates Provide consistent oversight of service delivery across assigned cases Knowledge & Experience Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Social Work, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) required Strong experience in ABA service delivery across home, community, or clinic settings Experience in staff training, supervision, and program development Proficiency in ABA methodologies including DTT, NET, skill acquisition, and behavior reduction strategies Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills Ability to manage multiple cases and responsibilities effectively Equipment & Tools Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Basic office and clinical documentation systems Certifications & Requirements Current BCBA certification (required) CPR and First Aid certification (required or obtainable upon hire) PCM certification (preferred or as required by program standards) Ability to meet physical demands including sitting, standing, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs About the Role This position is ideal for a BCBA who thrives in a structured clinical environment and enjoys working closely with a collaborative ABA team.
