Wound Care Nurse

Yad Health

Mountain Ridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Wound Nurse to provide specialized wound care and treatment to residents. You will obtain orders from physicians and adjust treatment plans according to established policies, ensuring high-quality nursing care. The role requires current RN or LPN licensure and CPR certification, with wound certification preferred. You will supervise CNAs, coordinate care with the nursing team, and contribute to a positive, collaborative work #J-18808-Ljbffr
