Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional face‑to‑face member service, using Service Standards in every work‑related interaction. Assist members with routine transactions and service requests such as identification, check negotiations, deposits, card services, etc. Assist with member research and problem resolution. Accurately complete member service requests and maintain attention to data accuracy, policies, procedures, cash management, balancing, and branch safety/security routines. Work within given limits of authority; proactively seek supervisory assistance as needed. Promote credit union products and services and actively refer members to credit union partners as appropriate. Conceptualize and proactively solve problems to achieve exemplary service to members, teammates, and the organization. Make decisions that result in positive member outcomes. Participate in meeting the goals of the department and the Credit Union.
