Job Responsibilities

• Craft Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and develop tailored therapy strategies to support their path to functional independence
• Implement Therapeutic Services: Apply evidence-based techniques to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily activities
• Partner with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with occupational, physical, and speech therapists as well as medical professionals to deliver comprehensive care
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Guide patients and their families in techniques that promote continued progress beyond the clinic
• Monitor Progress & Adapt Interventions: Keep track of patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal recovery trajectories

Education Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Commitment to continuing education and post-graduation certifications

Licensure

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
