Job Summary (List Format)
- Lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and user-focused Salesforce and integration solutions for the DCDEE Early Education Integration System.
- Serve as the Salesforce Solutions Expert/Architect, aligning solutions with the organization's digital strategy.
- Bridge strategic business needs with robust and secure solution architecture.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and technical leads to deliver cutting-edge and sustainable enterprise solutions.
- Shape the future Salesforce ecosystem by leading architectural designs and defining complex system integrations.
- Provide hands-on technical expertise and cross-functional leadership.
- Architect end-to-end solutions and guide technical strategies and execution.
- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts, Tech Leads, and business stakeholders to transform business scope into accurate and cost-effective technical architecture.
- Design and lead implementation of complex API-based integration solutions, connecting Salesforce with external systems.
- Ensure all solutions align with data security and performance standards.
- Design appropriate backup and restore strategies.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks across architecture.
- Recommend best practices for using standard Salesforce functionality and determine when customizations are necessary.
- Create high-quality technical documentation, data models, and solution diagrams.
- Lead code reviews, design sessions, workshops, and release planning sessions.
- Support Agile team activities, including backlog refinement, user story decomposition, and acceptance criteria refinement.
- Assist in Salesforce environment setup and CI/CD pipeline processes using release management tools.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams for smooth project integration and delivery.
