Hilton Grand Vacations - - Responsibilities: Support the Director of Engineering and leadership team with daily operations, departmental initiatives, and special projects, including CapEx activities; Maintain facility management systems and ensure accurate documentation across platforms and monthly safety documentation; Coordinate Lost & Found processes with Housekeeping, Front Desk, and guests; Oversee receipt, tracking, and distribution of packages; prepare and track purchase orders, requisitions, invoices, and vendor contracts; Act as liaison between Engineering leadership, technicians, and cross-functional departments to support maintenance, repairs, and operational needs; manage work order tracking and communication
