SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER SEC specializes in subdivision development, road design, water distribution/treatment design, sewer collection/treatment design, drainage studies, flood studies, structural engineering and land planning. Conduct technical evaluations to support engineering design Support field testing and field inspections/visits when required Develop and prepare technical documents including technical memoranda, reports, engineering plans and drawings, specifications, and miscellaneous contract documents Permitting and compliance Submittal reviews, requests for information, correspondence, change requests, and change orders for construction projects Coordinate work with others on projects; ensure proper and timely execution on projects Successfully manage and deliver assignments on time and on budget Adhere to QA/QC process Work exposure to include subdivision development, grading, drainage, road work, water system design, sewer system design, traffic analysis, flood studies, etc. Desired Skills and Experience: BS Degree in Engineering (Civil or Environmental) or related field required Candidate should either have a P.E. or be willing to obtain a P.E. in the short term Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D Ability to use or effectively learn other modeling software Good technical skills with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts both visually and contextually Strong verbal/written communication skills and ability to work well independently and in team environments Versatile and interested in working on a variety of project supporting engineering services Self‑starter, results‑oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines P.E. preferred Job Type: Full-time (multiple positions available) Compensation: Based on experience Please reply with your resume, a summary of your project experience and salary requirements. Send to: View email address on click.appcast.io Administrative Assistant Administrative Duties, including and not limited to: Research and preparation for estimates at the direction of Project Managers Prepare proposals and Work Orders for Engineering and Survey Departments Coordinate scheduling with Engineering and Survey Departments Research and coordinate on RFPs and RFQs for municipal requests Client coordination for all survey projects Municipal and client coordination on survey and engineering projects such as MLDs, Lot Line Adjustments, Subdivision submittals, etc. Review T&E’s, status reports and coordinate invoicing for Surveying Department Human resource tasks including advertising and coordinating with new applicants/positions Various marketing and advertising tasks Various administrative duties such as filing, scanning, copying, etc. Accounting & land planning experience is a plus. Depending on experience, the position can be full or part time.
