We are seeking a Recruiter to join our Business Operations team. This role will report to the Recruiting Manager and will partner directly with our executive team to close top-tier talent. The Recruiter will assist identifying and attracting top talent across the company, in both technical and non-technical roles. The position is based out of our Arlington, VA office (full-time in person) .


Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with Apogee's end-to-end recruiting cycle for simultaneous and complex searches including initial outreach, interviews, and offer negotiations
• Manage written and verbal communication with candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers throughout the interview process and ensure process is moving at a proper cadence
• Maintain ATS data integrity, proactively sharing data-centric updates with internal stakeholders to improve recruiting efficiency, influence hiring decisions, and identify future hiring needs
• Cultivate and maintain meaningful relationships with the broader recruiting team and cross-functional internal teams as well as incoming candidates

Requirements for Position:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention-to-detail, superb organization, and proven track record of meeting deadlines
• Multi-tasker with the ability to work on multiple positions simultaneously
• Skilled at developing a network of sharp, capable candidates

• Enthusiasm for balancing autonomous, proactive efforts with collaborative, team-minded workstreams
