From: $28 Per hour

MUST: The Clinical Sourcer must have the following experience: 2+years of recent experience sourcing clinical/healthcare candidates including CNA's, Licensed Practical Nurse's, Registered Nurse's. Experience sourcing for clinical roles in the long term care field preferred. Scheduling and setting up interviews. Entering and updating candidate information in applicant tracking system. Experience pre-screening candidates for hiring managers and working with recruiters and hiring managers. Creative sourcing strategies with strong ability to build relationships with candidates. Ability to work in a very high volume environment. Strong organizational skills and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task. Knowledge/experience of healthcare credentialing. Bachelor's Degree or Associates required.

DUTIES: The duties of the Clinical Sourcer include but are not limited to the following: Pre-screen and schedule candidates for interviews and refer candidates for open positions. Source for Licensed Practical Nurse's, Registered Nurse's, CNA's, and other roles. Creative sourcer who can figure out various resources to utilize to source candidates. Receive incoming calls and inquiries from prospective candidates. Enter candidate data into applicant tracking system. Build pipeline of candidates.
