Join Our Team Are you a creative marketing professional who enjoys bringing ideas to life through compelling design, digital content, and visual storytelling? We\'re looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator to help create and manage high-quality marketing materials that support our sales, customers, and corporate initiatives. What You Will Do Design and develop marketing and technical collateral, including brochures, catalogs, PDFs, and promotional materials using Adobe InDesign. Create and edit content for websites, email campaigns, press releases, blogs, social media, and other marketing initiatives. Produce and edit photography and video content using Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro to support product launches, events, and campaigns. Coordinate the production, printing, and distribution of technical documentation and marketing literature. Manage relationships with external print and creative vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery. Support our social media strategy by creating graphics, photography, and visual content that increases engagement. Manage the company\'s internal literature process while ensuring compliance with ISO procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on marketing projects and corporate initiatives. Assist with additional marketing projects and responsibilities as needed. What We\'re Looking For Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in marketing, marketing communications, or a related role. Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices, preferably in a B2B manufacturing or industrial environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. A collaborative team player who can also work independently and take ownership of projects. Attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality work.
