Job descriptionWe are seeking a Chef with several years’ experience in Kitchen Management/Executive in all areas including, but not limited to menu and restaurant development, fine-dining, high volume production for banquets and restaurants, costing, budgeting and staff management. They will be able to show a level of imagination and light-hearted fun in the menu development. This will be a highly visible position, as the Billings, Montana food and dining scene is driven in a large part by the personality of the people staffing the restaurants.
