Join our dynamic team at Moomoo as a Trading Specialist, where your passion for finance and technology can thrive. As a Trading Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our customers' trading experience and building long-lasting relationships. Your work will focus on equities trading, options trading, margin investing, and related issues experienced by our fast?growing presence in the marketplace.
This role must be based at the office locations specified in the job description, in line with our in-office work philosophy. Remote work is not available for this position. For more details about our in-office approach and expectations, please reach out to the recruiter.
What You'll Do:
- Communicate with customers using email, phone, and chat, providing efficient and effective solutions with kindness
- Act as the voice of the customer by identifying and communicating customer pain points or opportunities to the product team
- Develop deep subject mastery and offer personalized support on complex trading strategies, derivatives, and investment opportunities
- Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth customers, acting as their primary point of contact for trading-related inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize trading operations and enhance the overall customer experience
