Material Handler I - 1St Shift

Our client, a leading organization in the biopharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Material Handler I - 1St Shift to join their team. As a Material Handler I - 1St Shift, you will be part of the Distribution Department supporting the warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Material Handler I - 1St Shift

Location: Swedesboro, NJ

Pay Range: $20

Shift: Days, Evenings, Nights (08:00-16:30)

What's the Job?

• Pick and pack samples, clinical agents, or collection kits according to Standard Work instructions for pickups, courier deliveries, and shipments.

• Maintain inventory accuracy by verifying quantities, lot numbers, expiration dates, and product names.

• Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) for data entry and tracking of materials and products.

• Assist in loading and unloading trucks using pallet jacks as needed.

• Ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse environment through adherence to safety protocols and continuous improvement initiatives.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• No previous work experience required; experience in distribution, warehouse, or supply chain is preferred.

• Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers) is a plus.

• Ability to interact with WMS and RF scanning devices for distribution tasks.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
