Role Description

As a Manager, Healthcare Quality Project Manager (individual contributor) for Aetna, you'll manage and influence healthcare quality projects and initiatives through design, development, and implementation. These activities enable Aetna to improve healthcare quality products, services, and processes by partnering across business units to meet business needs and accomplish goals.

This is a remote role and candidates can live anywhere in the U.S.

Qualifications

At least 1 year Project Management experience.
5+ years clinical and/or managed care experience in quality management.

Requirements

2+ years NCQA accreditation experience.
Certified Associate in Project management (CAPM).
Certified Professional in Health Quality (CPHQ).
Strong communication skills with external clients, primarily regulatory and accreditation partners, including problem resolution and escalating project risks.
Independent clinical license or Registered Nurse (RN).
Experience with data analysis/manipulation in Excel.
