Overview Plantation Golf & Country Club is seeking a professional, energetic, and service-oriented 1st Assistant Golf Professional to join our Golf Operations team. This full-time position supports the daily operation of the golf shop and golf program while providing an exceptional experience for members and guests. Experience Required Previous golf operations or golf shop experience preferred Strong knowledge of the game of golf and golf etiquette Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced, member-focused environment Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays PGA membership or pursuit of PGA membership is a plus Essential Responsibilities Assist with the daily operation of the Golf Shop and overall golf operation Provide outstanding service to members and guests Assist with tournaments, outings, leagues, and other golf events Support tee sheet management, starting times, and pace-of-play initiatives Assist with merchandising, inventory, and Golf Shop presentation Help coordinate and supervise outside golf operations as needed Assist with golf instruction, clinics, and player development programs Maintain knowledge of club programs, events, policies, and course conditions Support the Head Golf Professional and golf leadership team with additional operational needs #J-18808-Ljbffr The Plantation Golf & Country Club
