Receptionist
We are seeking a full time Receptionist at our Ft Myers showroom. This position is responsible for greeting clients professionally and ensuring they are partnered up with a designer. Schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 9:30am to 6:00pm. Saturday is a must along with occasional weekends and some holidays.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients promptly and professionally on arrival
- Answer routine questions and direct clients to appropriate designer
- Responsible for the professional image of the reception desk
- Assists business office as directed/needed
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Qualifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Sharp attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism
