About the Role:
Join Airz Heating and Cooling as an HVAC Service/Sales professional and become a key player in delivering exceptional heating and cooling solutions to our valued customers. In this dynamic role, you'll blend technical expertise with sales acumen to ensure customer satisfaction while driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
Conduct HVAC system diagnostics, repairs, and installations for residential and commercial clients.
Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
Prepare and present detailed service and sales proposals to potential customers.
Stay updated on industry trends, products, and technologies to provide informed recommendations.
Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and sales transactions.
Promote energy-efficient solutions and upsell additional services to enhance customer experience.
Adhere to safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Requirements:
Valid HVAC technician license or equivalent certification.
Proven experience in HVAC service and sales, preferably in a residential setting.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
