With multiple locations throughout the greater Jacksonville area and more than 27 providers, we deliver compassionate, patient-centered care across the full spectrum of urology, from minimally invasive procedures to complex surgery and oncology.We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and clinically skilled Registered Nurse to join our team on a PRN basis. The ideal candidate provides exceptional patient care, demonstrates strong clinical judgment, maintains high infection-control standards, and works effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Essential ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care in the clinic and operating room setting.Serve as the circulating RN during surgical procedures, including patient positioning and perioperative nursing care.Administer IVs, obtain vital signs, and collect specimens.Review patient records, obtain relevant clinical information, and ensure accurate and thorough documentation.Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and clinical staff to support safe and efficient patient flow.Prepare and maintain the clinic and operating room environment, including supplies, equipment, and infection-control standards.Provide patient education and support before, during, and after procedures.Monitor and report changes in patient condition and communicate relevant information to providers.Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia, surgical staff, and other departments to ensure continuity and quality of care.Maintain a professional, compassionate, and patient-centered environment.Position InformationJob Type: PRNSchedule: Flexible Monday–Thursday; no weekends, holidays, or call.RequirementsEducationBSN preferredExperienceOperating Room Circulator: 1 year requiredUrology: 1 year preferredLicensure & CertificationsCurrent RN licenseBLS certificationACLS certification
