Job Details

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the delivery of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through final close-out.

You will be responsible for:
Leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and schedule performance.
Serving as the primary client contact and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Overseeing project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
Coordinating internal teams, architects, consultants, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
Driving proactive decision-making to resolve challenges and deliver successful outcomes.
Mentoring and developing junior project staff.
