Bilingual Call Center Representative

Overview:
As a Bilingual Call Center Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for hairstylists, salons, and customers interested in DreamCatchers Hair Extensions. You’ll handle inquiries about certification, orders, classes, and support, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all Spanish speaking calls
• Answer other inbound calls, emails, and chat messages from stylists, salon owners, and customers.
• Provide detailed information about:
• DreamCatchers certification courses
• Product details, pricing, and availability
• Order status, shipping, and returns
• Upcoming training dates and locations
• Assist with account setup, logins, and troubleshooting access to online resources.
• Upsell products, tools, or classes when appropriate.
• Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Handle complaints or escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or salon/beauty industry preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask across phones, email, and CRM.
• Familiarity with hair extensions or cosmetology is a plus.
• Positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
