Custom Staffing is partnering with a local Padlock Manufacturer to add an experiencedAssemblerto their team in Prospect, OH.This is a temp to hire position with benefits after one calendar month of being hired on. Theyoffer a 401K with a Safe Harbor company match and are a profit share company.
Shackle Assembler
- Pay: $17.53/hr (Pay increase once hired)
- Shift: 1st
- Hours: 7am-3:30pm (Weekends and overtime as needed)
Shackle Assembler Duties/Responsibilities
- Responsible for working with small parts
- Responsible for keying new locks
- Reading work orders
- Identifying and gathering correct shackles
- Making pad locks
- Checking set up of machine; if unsure, ask Trainer or Supervisor for assistance
- Using a foot pedal
- Inspecting the padlock
Requirements
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Critical thinking skills
