Responsibilities

Assemble corrugated displays, boxes, and packaging materials according to work instructions.

Read and follow production orders and assembly specifications.

Fold, glue, tape, label, and package products accurately.

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Operate basic hand tools and production equipment safely.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality.

Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Work effectively as part of a team and assist in other production areas as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required.

Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Ability to lift up to 40–50 pounds as needed.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.

Ability to work overtime and weekends when required.

Physical Requirements

Stand and walk for extended periods.

Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and twisting.

Perform repetitive hand and arm movements.

Work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and production noise.
