Staff Counsel: Collections Litigation & Compliance
Midland Credit Management
Midland Credit Management in the United States is seeking a Staff Counsel II to draft, review, and file legal pleadings and to manage and resolve collection litigation. This role provides legal support for the collections litigation business unit and works with outside counsel as needed.
You will advise on compliance with federal, state, and local laws, supervise non-legal personnel, and negotiate settlements with consumers facing hardship while interacting with consumer and counsel to encourage
