Customer Support Coordinator

Location: Chanhassen, MN (100% Onsite)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay: $21.63/hour

Type: Contract-to-Hire

You'll serve as a key point of contact between field staff and internal departments to help keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support to field technicians during service, installation, and repair activities
• Communicate with technicians before, during, and after service assignments
• Coordinate technician schedules and ensure coverage for assigned work locations
• Confirm technician readiness and arrival status for scheduled assignments
• Support technicians with work orders, documentation, and issue resolution
• Serve as the liaison between field personnel and internal departments
• Monitor service activity and escalate concerns when necessary
• Maintain accurate records within the company ticketing system
• Review completed work and time records for accuracy and compliance
• Ensure all service documentation is complete and submitted properly

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service, support, coordination, or administrative experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Background check and drug screening required
