Job Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on metal components
- Assist with custom fabrication projects
- Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
- Support general yard duties including cleanup and organization
- Load and unload materials and trucks
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- 5+ years experience in metal fabrication
- Experience or exposure to MIG and/or TIG welding
- Ability to read blueprints (preferred but can be trained)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for an 8-hour shift
- Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
