• Support equity and debt capital markets transactions , including IPOs, follow-on offerings, private placements, and debt issuances

• Assist in preparing offering memoranda, prospectuses, pitch books, and investor presentations

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field

• Solid understanding of equity and debt markets , including fixed income and credit concepts

• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple live transactions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Prior internship or full-time experience in investment banking, capital markets, sales & trading, leveraged finance, or corporate finance is a plus

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint , and financial research platforms
