Job Summary:
An outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) located in Houston, Texas, is responsible for evaluating patients and developing, implementing, and modifying individualized treatment plans to promote recovery and functional independence. Candidates are required to bring their active physical therapy license on the first day of assignment. This position requires at least one year of outpatient clinical experience and a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.

Job Details:

• Shift: Days, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; at least 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; active and applicable state license; CPR certification
• Additional Information: Completes comprehensive patient evaluations utilizing clinical reasoning, develops treatment goals aligned with patient discharge plans, and documents medical records accurately and timely. Participates in student supervision and professional development activities, adheres to state Practice Acts and regulatory standards, and supports organizational performance improvement initiatives. Performs duties ethically and maintains licensure in good standing.
