Employment Litigation Associate Attorney
Portland, OR
$260,000 - $315,000 + Bonus & Benefits
Direct Counsel is seeking a mid-level employment litigation associate with at least three years of experience to join a well-respected firm in Portland. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of employment litigation matters, including single-plaintiff and class action cases, as well as arbitration proceedings.
Responsibilities- Handle employment litigation matters, including class actions, single-plaintiff cases, and arbitrations
- Advise clients on emerging employment law issues through client alerts and advisories
- Collaborate with a team to provide strategic counsel on employment-related matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
- Minimum of three years of employment litigation experience
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Admission to the Oregon State Bar or eligibility to waive in
- Salary range: $225,000 - $290,000, based on experience
