Put your expertise to work supporting young students by serving as a contract School Psychologist at elementary campuses near Fairchild Air Force Base in Cheney, WA. This full-time assignment begins August 20, 2026 and continues through June 16, 2026, following a 7-hour day schedule with varying start and end times between 7:20 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., depending on the building.
In this pivotal role, you’ll focus on conducting and assessing student evaluations with an elementary caseload (specific size to be determined), providing professional insight to inform strategies that promote student success. You’ll collaborate closely with the Special Education Team, develop and report on FBAs, BIPs, support plans, and offer counseling as needed to meet each child’s unique needs.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Active Washington State ESA School Psychologist Certificate (required)
- Valid and maintained Washington State driver’s license
- Experience with elementary student populations preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of evaluation processes, Functional Behavioral Assessments, and Behavior Intervention Plans
- Collaborative approach to working with multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong communication and organizational abilities

- Consult and coordinate with special education professionals and parents
