This role provides financial planning, analysis, and decision support to Engineering leaders and partners across the TS Center. The selected candidate will support monthly forecasting, budget cycles, labor management, and cost analysis activities. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and financial stakeholders.What You Will DoSupport monthly OH variance analysis, and reporting for the Test Solutions CenterDevelop and maintain monthly forecasts, and Annual Operating Plan inputs for OH categoriesPartner with Engineering leadership to manage cost performance, identify risks/opportunities, and ensure alignment with organizational prioritiesProvide routine and ad‑hoc financial reporting to highlight trends, drivers, and actionable insightsSupport labor planning, rate impacts, resource management, and Engineering investment analysisMaintain strong financial controls and compliance with corporate policiesSupport quarterly Pool EAC reporting while delivering timely, data‑driven insights for Pool ownersDrive reporting improvements and support digital finance initiativesWhat You Will LearnThis role provides visibility across Engineering leadership and an opportunity to influence investment decisions, cost performance, and operational effectiveness within a technically strategic organization.Qualifications You Must HaveTypically requires a University Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experienceWorking experience with MS Office tools including ExcelQualifications We PreferExperience supporting Engineering or other Functional organizationsFamiliarity with program finance, EVMS concepts, and engineering labor planningAbility to interpret technical/operational data and connect it to financial impactsStrong analytical and modeling skills; proficiency in Excel and financial systemsAbility to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication and partnering skillsDemonstrated initiative and problem‑solving abilityWhat We OfferOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world.
