Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Based in Muncie, IN, this role places experienced solo CDL-A drivers on nationwide OTR dry van lanes. Day-to-day duties include long-haul point-to-point runs, secure load handling, routine inspections, and clear communication with dispatch.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate dry van tractor-trailers on interstate OTR routes.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate trip records and timely driver-dispatch communication.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A with at least 12 months of verifiable driving experience.
• Ability to run solo OTR and follow DOT regulations.

Pay & Equipment: Starting at 65 CPM with weekly averages near 2,500 miles plus safety, inspection, and referral bonuses. Drive late-model rigs (under 3 years) featuring APUs, inverters, and sleepers, backed by in-house maintenance.
