Identify and qualify leads from multiple sources. Recommend customized Allstate products to suit each customer’s needs. Be a trusted advisor to your neighbors—help them feel secure about the future. Help clients understand the value of insurance, without the jargon. Deliver an outstanding client experience every time. Requirements Must be currently licensed (Property/Casualty or Personal Lines) Comfortable engaging in sales conversations. Motivated and driven to succeed. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening) Detail-oriented and able to multi-task. What You’ll Get Competitive base salary + uncapped commission = no limits on your earning potential. Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm (no weekends!) + a full hour lunch. 15 days of PTO annually—you deserve it, with added flexibility day-to-day when needed. 401k plan with employer matched contributions.
