THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of working in construction and/or transportation They thrive in a fast paced and a team oriented environment. They get excited about construction projects as well as completing assignments on time. An individual who will do well in this position is self oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable. Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS

Prepare and manage procure to pay process Administration of payment procedures Administration of back-charges and resolution of claims Oversee sub-contractors. Track material costs and quantities entering project sites Create reports based on monthly material costs and inventory Other duties as assigned
