PLM Vacuum Mechanical

• Very good experience in onsite-offshore coordination

• Managing large assemblies and system layout using reference geometry

• In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, welding, sheet metal forming & operations

• Vacuum system design

• Develop conceptual and detailed designs using 3D modeling software packages (ProE/Creo, etc.)

• Proficient in 3D solid modeling using CAD, preferably ProE/Creo

• Understanding of materials and fabrication techniques for vacuum systems

• Be able to work in a multi-discipline and multi-culture global organization

• Be flexible and adaptive to adjust project focus based on priority changes

• Excellent writing skills and verbal communication

• Good knowledge of Engineering Materials in the design environment

• Experience in reverse engineering can be an added advantage

• SEMI (S2, S8) standards/Semiconductor domain experience added advantage

Tool Requirements:

• CAD Tools: Creo (Working experience), AutoCAD

• PLM/PDM Tools: Enovia, Windchill

• Microsoft Tools: Knowledge in Visio, Publisher, and other MS Office tools
