HR Generalist - Frankfort, KY NeuLife Rehabilitation of Kentucky II, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to support our growing neurorehabilitation organization in Frankfort, Kentucky. Salary: $55,000-$65,000 annually Status: Full-Time, Exempt Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Paid Holidays, Company-Paid Life Insurance, Professional Development Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding Conduct new hire orientation and employee training Maintain employee files and HRIS records Support employee relations and performance management initiatives Assist with benefits administration and leave management Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies Conduct audits and maintain HR documentation Partner with managers on workforce planning and staffing needs Prepare reports and HR metrics for leadership Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 3+ years of HR experience Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices HRIS experience preferred (iSolved a plus) Strong communication and organizational skills Salary: $55000 - $65000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
