• Arrange appointments for candidates with our recruiters for more in-depth evaluations
• Follow up with leads to keep engagement alive and support their hiring pathways
• Ensure accurate and updated records in our applicant tracking system.
• Achieve commission based on meetings organized, interviews conducted, and successful hires stemming from your leads
