Will include some or all of the responsibilities as defined. Performs financial analysis, establishes performance management budgeting, and forecasting activities to include variance analysis, trend identification, workforce planning drivers, risk and opportunities assessment and development of mitigation plans. Integrates information from multiple financial systems, processes and functions in order to consolidate the data forensics into actionable business solution recommendations. Timely and accurately consolidates financial results (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash, ROIC, Overhead, Discretionary Funding) and monthly, quarterly and year end reporting to internal and external customers to include government contractual cost and schedule earned value management reporting. Develops and utilizes forward-looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making. Develops and provides actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to make sound financial and operating decisions. Maintains applicable internal and external (FAR, CAS, SEC, US GAAP) policy, procedure, and controls for compliance to support internal process and external regulatory requirements. Provides subject matter expertise support to proposal development, basis of estimate and negotiations, as required. As the Financial Mgmt Staff 1LMX Lead for F&BO you will be responsible for serving as the primary liaison for the IAMD LoB, identifying knowledge gaps, developing solutions, and testing the new tool suite prior to full release.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Identify knowledge gaps and design solutions to address them.Collaborate cross‑functionally to drive process improvements and tool adoption.Assist with data cleansing, conversion, and validation activities.Support the development and delivery of training for the new system conversion.Test tool enhancements and provide feedback to ensure a smooth rollout.Basic Qualifications• Extensive knowledge in program finance processes, data structures, systems, procedures, and requirements• Familiarity with working overhead rates and working with the various rate structures• Experience leading large cross-functional teams• Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate across diverse teamsDesired Skills• Experience working in either the current MFC systems and/or future 1LMX systems and tools such as:o EFS, Cobra, Oracle, SAP/S4 Hanao EVMS knowledge and expertiseo Experience data cleansing, building visualizations, and organizing common approaches across large portfoliosTelecommuting :Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedule :Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Security Clearance :Work Schedule :4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekNational Pay Statement :Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 - $159,045. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
