You are responsible for the guest experience at the bar top, managing high-top tables, and executing precision service bar tickets for the entire dining room. We value Radical Candor: we care personally about your growth and will challenge you directly to maintain our "to-spec" standards.What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):Execute the "4 Keys to a Successful Bar Team": Practice these core tenets every shift to ensure a high-performing environment.Master the Specs: Every signature cocktail must be made to the exact Lib's Grill BWL Recipe Guide.
